Align, reflect, and relieve In this personalized yoga session, I focus on guiding you through a holistic practice that blends physical alignment, yoga philosophy, and spiritual exploration. With attention to proper posture and alignment, I ensure that each movement supports your body safely, enhancing both strength and flexibility. Alongside the physical practice, I’ll integrate the ethical principles of yoga (Yamas and Niyamas), encouraging mindfulness and inner awareness throughout the session. This class is also a space for spiritual connection, where we use breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to cultivate peace and self-reflection. Whether you're seeking stress relief or a deeper connection to your practice, I tailor the session to meet your individual needs, creating a balanced experience of body, mind, and soul. Ideal for those looking to deepen their practice with a focus on well-being, inner calm, and holistic growth. Duration: 60-90 min {Styles to choose} : beginners, vinyasa, hatha, yin, nidra, chakra flow~all levels welcome {Incorporating per request} : breath-work, meditation, sound, and QiGong (up to 30 min). {Optional to add for an extra fee} : cacao ceremony, meditation/breath-work workshop, yoga philosophy, sound bath & chakra balancing class. Classes will be taken on my private property or at the convenience of your space for an extra free.
